Enchanted
by taylor swift

There I was again tonight, forcing laughter, faking smilesSame old, tired place lonely placeWalls of insincerity, shifting eyes and vacancyVanished when I saw your face

All I can say is it was enchanting to meet you

Your eyes whispered, "Have we met?" across the room, your silhouetteStarts to make its way to meThe playful conversation starts, counter all your quick remarksLike passing notes in secrecy

And it was enchanting to meet youAll I can say is I was enchanted to meet you

This night is sparkling, don't you let it goI'm wonder-struck, blushing all the way homeI'll spend forever wondering if you knewI was enchanted to meet you

The lingering question kept me up, 2 a.m., who do you love?I wonder 'til I'm wide awakeNow I'm pacing back and forth, wishing you were at my doorI'd open up and you would say

It was enchanting to meet youAll I know is I was enchanted to meet you

This night is sparkling, don't you let it goI'm wonder-struck, blushing all the way homeI'll spend forever wondering if you knew

This night is flawless, don't you let it goI'm wonder-struck, dancing around all aloneI'll spend forever wondering if you knewI was enchanted to meet you

This is me praying that

This was the very first page, not where the storyline endsMy thoughts will echo your name until I see you againThese are the words I held back as I was leaving too soonI was enchanted to meet you

Please don't be in love with someone elsePlease don't have somebody waiting on youPlease don't be in love with someone elsePlease don't have somebody waiting on you

Please don't be in love with someone elsePlease don't have somebody waiting on you

the infernal devices (quotes)

“I could not tell you if I loved you the first moment I saw you, or if it was the second or third or fourth. But I remember the first moment I looked at you walking toward me and realized that somehow the rest of the world seemed to vanish when I was with you.”

Cassandra Clare, Clockwork Prince

“Will has always been the brighter burning star, the one to catch attention — but Jem is a steady flame, unwavering and honest. He could make you happy.”
Cassandra Clare, Clockwork Prince

“He bent to put his cheek against hers. His breath against her ear made her shudder with each deliberately spoken word. "I have wanted to do this," he said, "every moment of every hour of every day that I have been with you since the day I met you.”
Cassandra Clare, Clockwork Prince

“It's too late," she said.
"Don't say that." His voice was half a whisper. "I love you, Tessa. I love you.”
Cassandra Clare, Clockwork Prince

“You haven't broken his heart yet, have you?"
"No," Tessa said. Just torn my own in two. "I haven't broken his heart at all.”

Cassandra Clare, Clockwork Prince

“Your place is with me,” Jem said. “It always will be.”
“What do you mean?”
He flushed, the color dark against his pale skin. “I mean,” he said, “Tessa Gray, will you do me the honor of becoming my wife?”
Tessa sat bolt upright. “Jem!”
They stared at each other for a moment. At last he said, trying for lightness, though his voice cracked, “That was not a no, I suppose, though
neither was it a yes.”
“You can’t mean it.”
“I do mean it.”
“You can’t—I’m not a Shadowhunter. They’ll expel you from the Clave—”
He took a step closer to her, his eyes eager. “You may not be precisely a Shadowhunter. But you are not a mundane either, nor provably a
Downworlder. Your situation is unique, so I do not know what the Clave will do. But they cannot forbid something that is not forbidden by the Law.
They will have to take your—our—individual case into consideration, and that could take months. In the meantime they cannot prevent our
engagement.”
“You are serious.” Her mouth was dry. “Jem, such a kindness on your part is indeed incredible. It does you credit. But I cannot let you sacrifice
yourself in that way for me.”
“Sacrifice? Tessa, I love you. I want to marry you.”
Cassandra Clare

“You speak of sacrifice, but it is not my sacrifice I offer. It is yours I ask of you," he went on. "I can offer you my life, but it is a short life; I can offer you my heart, though I have no idea how many more beats it shall sustain. But I love you enough to hope that you wil not care that I am being selfish in trying to make the rest of my life - whatever length - happy, by spending it with you. I want to be married to you, Tessa. I want it more than I have ever wanted anything else in my life." He looked up at her through the veil of silvery hair that fell over his eyes. "That is," he said shyly, "if you love me, too.”
Cassandra Clare, Clockwork Prince

“This is about Tessa. I knew it was."
Will flushed, a wash of color across the pallor of this face. "Not just her."
"But you love her."
Will stared at him. "Of course I do," he said finally. "I had come to think i would never love anyone, but I love her.”
Cassandra Clare, Clockwork Prince

“I am not the one of us who has no heart.”
Cassandra Clare, Clockwork Prince

“Tess, Tess, Tessa.

Was there ever a more beautiful sound than your name? To speak it aloud makes my heart ring like a bell. Strange to imagine that, isn’t it – a heart ringing – but when you touch me that is what it is like: as if my heart is ringing in my chest and the sound shivers down my veins and splinters my bones with joy.

Why have I written these words in this book? Because of you. You taught me to love this book where I had scorned it. When I read it for the second time, with an open mind and heart, I felt the most complete despair and envy of Sydney Carton. Yes, Sydney, for even if he had no hope that the woman he loved would love him, at least he could tell her of his love. At least he could do something to prove his passion, even if that thing was to die.

I would have chosen death for a chance to tell you the truth, Tessa, if I could have been assured that death would be my own. And that is why I envied Sydney, for he was free.

And now at last I am free, and I can finally tell you, without fear of danger to you, all that I feel in my heart.

You are not the last dream of my soul.

You are the first dream, the only dream I ever was unable to stop myself from dreaming. You are the first dream of my soul, and from that dream I hope will come all other dreams, a lifetime’s worth.

With hope at least,
Will Herondale”

Cassandra Clare, Clockwork Prince: Will's Love Letter to Tessa

“You see it, don't you, James? Without Tessa there is nothing for me--no joy, no light, no life. If you loved me, you would let me have her. You can't love her as I do. No one could. If you are truly my brother, you would do this for me.”
Cassandra Clare, Clockwork Prince

“He dropped his voice, so low that Tessa wasn’t sure if what he said next was real or part of the dream darkness rising to claim her, though she fought against it.

“I’ve never minded it,” he went on. “Being lost, that is. I had always thought one could not be truly lost if one knew one’s own heart. But I fear I may be lost without knowing yours.”

He closed his eyes as if he were bone-weary, and she saw how thin his eyelids were, like parchment paper, and how tired he looked.

“Wo ai ni, Tessa,” he whispered. “Wo bu xiang shi qu ni.”

She knew, without knowing how she knew, what the words meant.

I love you.And I don’t want to lose you.”

CHARACTERS:

William "Will" Owen Herondale: Seventeen-year-old Will is the sort of young man nice Victorian girls are warned against. He drinks, gambles, and enjoys the company of ladies of questionable virtue—at least, as much as he enjoys anything. Will hates everyone and everything, with the possible exception of Jem, and even that is occasionally in doubt. When he finds himself oddly drawn to Tessa, his friends begin to hope that the Downworlder girl will prove Will's unlikely salvation, but as Tessa grows closer to the bleak secret that makes his life a prison, danger threatens to destroy them both if she finds out the truth. He is quite tall, around six foot, has black hair, and stormy blue eyes. We learn in Clockwork Prince that he thought he was under a "curse" by a demon his father had kept in a Pyxis, which is why he is so rude, sarcastic, and impulsive toward people he loves. Later on in the book, we learn that the "curse" is a fake and Will has wasted five years of his life hiding his loving emotions from others. He tries to show Tessa near the end that he loves her but soon finds out that Tessa and Jem are engaged. He is left shell-shocked at the end of the book due to both the fact that Jem and Tessa are engaged and that his younger sister, Cecily, comes to the Institute to become a Shadowhunter, which Will is against.

Theresa "Tessa" Gray: Sixteen-year-old Tessa has spent the last thirteen years of her life being stiflingly overprotected by her aunt after the death of her parents in a carriage accident. She lives almost all her life in books, dreaming of having the kind of adventures the heroines she reads about do — until she is summoned from New York to London by her brother, Nathaniel, after her aunt dies, only to find that he has gone missing. The Shadowhunters of the London Institute may be Tessa's only hope of finding Nate, but their mysterious world of demons and Downworlders holds many dangers for her, especially when she realizes she might be more a part of it than she'd thought. Tessa is tall, taller than most boys, has curly dark-brown hair, and has sea-gray eyes. Many consider her to be a "Downworlder", specifically warlock, but she bears none of the usual irregularities. In Clockwork Prince, we learn from Jessamine, who under the influence of the Mortal Sword, that her mother may have been a Shadowhunter and that her father was a demon, yet we don't know whether or not this is true. Also, near the end of Clockwork Prince, Jem proposes to Tessa and she agrees. To those who read the Mortal Instruments series, Tessa is shown so briefly near the end of City of Glass and is also mentioned by Magnus in City of Fallen Angels. It is hinted by Cassandra Clare that we will learn where Tessa is now, and who she is staying with, in the Mortal Instruments at the epilogue of Clockwork Princess.

James "Jem" Carstairs: Seventeen-year-old Jem was born and raised in the Institute in Shanghai, China, and is of Chinese and British parentage. Jem's parents were killed by a demon called Yanluo (who was not able to kill Jem before more shadowhunters came and killed her)—but with a terrible price to be paid: He now has to take a drug that slowly kills him. And even through the hep of the Silent Brothers, it is impossible to wan him off the drug unless he wants to die a quicker death. He moved to the London Institute shortly after the death of his parents at the age of eleven. Frail and silver-haired, Jem seems an unlikely demon-killer, but his skills and swift intelligence make him a formidable foe. He finds a kindred spirit in Tessa as both of them feel they are torn between two worlds, neither belonging completely to one or to the other, causing him to eventually develop a strong affection for her. Jem is described as having pale skin, silver hair, and almond-shaped silver eyes but when he first arrived at the London Institute, Charlotte describes him with inky black hair with eyes to match. He has been in love with Tessa for quite a long time and at the end of Clockwork Prince proposes to her. She agrees and two are engaged to get married. He is also oblivious to Will's feelings for Tessa.

HERE WITHOUT U~

Here Without You

A hundred days have made me older
Since the last time that I saw your pretty face
A thousand lies have made me colder
And I don't think I can look at this the same
But all the miles that separate
Disappear now when I'm dreaming of your face

I'm here without you baby
But you're still on my lonely mind
I think about you baby
And I dream about you all the time

I'm here without you baby
But you're still with me in my dreams
And tonight it's only you and me, yeah

The miles just keep rollin'
As the people leave their way to say hello
I've heard this life is overrated
But I hope that it gets better as we go, oh yeah yeah

I'm here without you baby
But you're still on my lonely mind
I think about you baby
And I dream about you all the time

I'm here without you baby
But you're still with me in my dreams
And tonight girl it's only you and me

Everything I know and anywhere I go
It gets hard but it won't take away my love
And when the last one falls, when it's all said and done
It gets hard but it won't take away my love, whoa

I'm here without you baby
But you're still on my lonely mind
I think about you baby
And I dream about you all the time

I'm here without you baby
But you're still with me in my dreams
And tonight girl it's only you and me, yeah oh yeah oh

like We used TO =(

ALo, Guys! here is my all time fav. song.. =( .. =)

LIKE WE USED TO
by: Rocket to the Moon

I can feel her breath as she's sleeping next to me
Sharing pillows and cold feet
She can feel my heart, fell asleep to its beat
Under blankets and warm sheets

If only I could be in that bed again
If only it were me instead of him

Does he watch your favorite movies?
Does he hold you when you cry?
Does he let you tell him all your favorite parts?
When you've seen it a million times

Does he sing to all your music
While you dance to "Purple Rain"?
Does he do all these thingsLike I used to?

14 months and 7 days ago
Oh, I know you know how we felt about that night
Just your skin against the window
But we took it slow and we both know

It shoulda been me inside that car
It should have been me instead of him in the dark

Does he watch your favorite movies?
Does he hold you when you cry?
Does he let you tell him all your favorite parts
When you've seen it a million times?

Does he sing to all your music
While you dance to 'Purple Rain'?
Does he do all these thingsLike I used to?

I know, love
(Well, I'm a sucker for that feeling)
Happens all the time, love
(I always end up feeling cheated)
You're on my mind, love
(Oh sorta let her when I need it)
That happens all the time, love, yeah

Will he love you like I loved you?
Will he tell you everyday?
Will he make you feel like you're invincible
With every word he'll say?

Can you promise me if this was right?
Don't throw it all away

Can you do all these things?
Will you do all these things
Like we used to?
Oh, like we used to

"THE VOW~"

Yesterday, My best friend, shared a really really nice quote from the movie, "THE VOW", which almost made me cry.

=(    <3     =(     <3     =(    <3    =(

"~I vow to help you love life, to always hold you with tenderness and to have the patience that love demands, to speak when words are needed and to share the silence when they are not and to live within the warmth of your heart and always call it home.

~I vow to fiercely love you in all your forms, now and forever. I promise to never forget that this is a once in a lifetime love."

THE fault in Our STars quotes :))

That's the thing about pain...it demands to be felt.”
― John GreenThe Fault in Our Stars

“There are infinite numbers between 0 and 1. There's .1 and .12 and .112 and an infinite collection of others. Of course, there is a bigger infinite set of numbers between 0 and 2, or between 0 and a million. Some infinities are bigger than other infinities. A writer we used to like taught us that. There are days, many of them, when I resent the size of my unbounded set. I want more numbers than I'm likely to get, and God, I want more numbers for Augustus Waters than he got. But, Gus, my love, I cannot tell you how thankful I am for our little infinity. I wouldn't trade it for the world. You gave me a forever within the numbered days, and I'm grateful.”
― John GreenThe Fault in Our Stars

“Without pain, how could we know joy?' This is an old argument in the field of thinking about suffering and its stupidity and lack of sophistication could be plumbed for centuries but suffice it to say that the existence of broccoli does not, in any way, affect the taste of chocolate.”
― John GreenThe Fault in Our Stars

“What else? She is so beautiful. You don’t get tired of looking at her. You never worry if she is smarter than you: You know she is. She is funny without ever being mean. I love her. I am so lucky to love her, Van Houten. You don’t get to choose if you get hurt in this world, old man, but you do have some say in who hurts you. I like my choices. I hope she likes hers.”
― John Green

“Sometimes people don’t understand
the promises they’re making when they make them,” I said.
Isaac shot me a look. “Right, of course.
But you keep the promise anyway. That’s
what love is. Love is keeping the promise anyway. Don’t you believe in true love?”
― John GreenThe Fault in Our Stars

“There will come a time when all of us are dead. All of us. There will come a time when there are no human beings remaining to remember that anyone ever existed or that our species ever did anything. There will be no one left to remember Aristotle or Cleopatra, let alone you. Everything that we did and built and wrote and thought and discovered will be forgotten and all of this will have been for naught. Maybe that time is coming soon and maybe it is millions of years away, but even if we survive the collapse of our sun, we will not survive forever. There was time before organisms experienced consciousness, and there will be time after. And if the inevitability of human oblivion worries you, I encourage you to ignore it. God knows that’s what everyone else does.”
― John GreenThe Fault in Our Stars

“I believe the universe wants to be noticed. I think the universe is inprobably biased toward the consciousness, that it rewards intelligence in part because the universe enjoys its elegance being observed. And who am I, living in the middle of history, to tell the universe that it-or my observation of it-is temporary?”
― John GreenThe Fault in Our Stars

“Whenever you read a cancer booklet or website or whatever, they always list depression among the side effects of cancer. But, in fact, depression is not a side effect of cancer. Depression is a side effect of dying.”
― John GreenThe Fault in Our Stars

“I'm in love with you," he said quietly.

"Augustus," I said.

"I am," he said. He was staring at me, and I could see the corners of his eyes crinkling. "I'm in love with you, and I'm not in the business of denying myself the simple pleasure of saying true things. I'm in love with you, and I know that love is just a shout into the void, and that oblivion is inevitable, and that we're all doomed and that there will come a day when all our labor has been returned to dust, and I know the sun will swallow the only earth we'll ever have, and I am in love with you.”
― John GreenThe Fault in Our Stars

“Some infinities are bigger than other infinities.”
― John GreenThe Fault in Our Stars

~The Fault in our Stars~

Last month, I've read a book by John Green entitled "The Fault In Our Stars"

The book is about a sixteen-year-old cancer patient named Hazel who was forced by her parents to attend a support group, where she meets and falls in love with the seventeen-year-old Augustus, an ex-basketball player and amputee.

According to its author, Mr. John Green, the title of the book was inspired by a famous line from Shakespeare's play Julius Caesar: "The fault, dear Brutus is not in our stars, / But in ourselves, that we are underlings."

This book is really inspiring because, it shows the challenges and pain felt by cancer patients and how strong they are to keep fighting.

One big realization I had from the book is that: one's life can end anytime. It can end unexpectedly in the middle of our lives when we thought that everything is going perfectly.
